If you are the boss in your team, you would want everyone to work well with one another. It is integral on your part to promote socialization among team members through team building activities so that they will be more comfortable with each other. The satisfaction of your employees will be elevated. It doesn’t necessary mean you have to organize social activities all the time, just do it once in a while. Perhaps you can organize a dinner on a Friday night, have some fun in a bowling alley, watch a movie in a movie house, or spend some time in a fancy restaurant each month is already good enough.
